Return Policy
If it turns out that you are not happy with the purchase, we will be happy to offer a full refund for the original purchase price less the shipping cost. The item will have to be received by us within 14 days from receipt. Make sure to use a reliable shipping option to ensure that we receive your return within the 14 day time frame.
We also offer store credit, which has no expiration date, and will be valid as long as Girandola USA is operating and in business. After 14 days from purchase has passed, we wonʼt be able to accept any items for return.
Items sold under sale of 30% and up are not eligible for returns, and are considered final sales.
Important Note: Shipping and Handling charges are always non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
We would be happy to offer item exchanges at any of our Girandola store locations, only with original purchase receipt and only in the same Country and currency where the item was purchased.
When returning an item by mail, it is advisable to purchase insurance and making sure to get a tracking number to guarantee a safe delivery. Girandola USA does not accept responsibility for any item(s) lost in the mail. We do not accept COD deliveries.
Items should be returned or exchanged unworn, with original tags and packaging. If signs of use are visible, there will not be any refunds or exchanges.
